This is a new blog to do with health, fitness & nutrition. There will be both written articles and (only the best) clips from YouTube.

This blog is based around the divine concept halaalantayyibah i.e consuming that which is halaal (1st and foremost) and that which is tayyibah i.e good (pure, nutritious, healthy). Many of us Muslims remember the 1st part but forget the second.

This topic of health is so important to the Muslims as it directly effect his ebaadah towards Allah. So Bi’ithnillah (by the permission of Allah) I will try my best to teach what ever little I know and have learned over the last few years of research. Bringing you new posted every week.
